The debate, produced by the Commission on Presidential Debates, will be held at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Carrel sign-up begins Saturday, Sept. 13

You may sign up for your own study space in the upper levels of the Main Library beginning September 13 at the Main Library Circulation Desk.

Carrels are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be shared with one other person. All you need to sign up is your OCID and a list of preferred carrel numbers. We can provide maps of the carrels at the circulation desk.

Fair trade film screening on Saturday

Come to a screening of the 20 min. film Coffee Country: Can Fair Trade Save the Farm?, followed by a discussion on fair trade and social entrepreneurship with Christopher Kerr, Coordinator of Social Justice Initiatives & Immersion Experiences, John Carroll University. This event is funded by the PBS Foundation through a grant from the Skoll Foundation, and is free and open to the public. This program is just one part of the Northeast Ohio Fair Trade Summit, a day-long event sponsored by numerous campus and community organizations. OBIS got a software upgrade this summer that is interfering with the ability to limit searches to scores and recordings.

If you are having trouble narrowing your searches to these material types, ask for assistance at the reference desk. In the meantime, rest assured that we're working on the problem!
