Current Digest of the Post-Soviet Press Digital Archive
Each week during the spring semester, we’re highlighting a “Database of the Week” to draw attention to new or lesser known online resources.
This week's feature is the Current Digest of the Post-Soviet Press.
Founded as The Current Digest of the Soviet Press in 1949, this source presents a selection of Russian-language press materials, translated into English. The articles digested in the journal are primary sources, presented without commentary or analysis; they reflect the opinions and views of the original authors, not the publishers of the digest.
We have search-able full-text access from 1949 through the current month's issue.
