Food studies β the who/what/why/when/where of food
production, preparation, and consumption β has an increasingly large scholarly
and cultural profile.
From the history of food, to the study of sustainable
agriculture techniques, food seems to be everywhere in the air β and itβs
everywhere in the Library as well!
