Spotlight on the Collection: Food in the Library!


Food studies – the who/what/why/when/where of food production, preparation, and consumption – has an increasingly large scholarly and cultural profile.
From the history of food, to the study of sustainable agriculture techniques, food seems to be everywhere in the air – and it’s everywhere in the Library as well!
Check out the display and many fabulous books on the main level of Mudd, outside Azariah's.
