Problems with renewing online?
We have received some reports that borrowers are getting the message that their record is "in use by the system" when trying to renew online. We apologize for the inconvenience, and encourage you to call the Main Library Circulation Desk, 440-775-5016, or email us at mcirc@oberlin.edu and we'll renew the materials for you.

I've noticed that I only get this error when I try to renew multiple items at once -- there's no error when I renew books singly.
