Salzburg Program Exhibit in the Kohl building

The Oberlin College Alumni Association and the Oberlin College Archives have prepared an exhibit on the Salzburg Program in conjunction with the celebration of the 50th Reunion of the Oberlin College Class of 1960. Members of the class participated in the first year of the Salzburg Program during the academic year 1958-1959.

The Salzburg Plan was developed by Oberlin Conservatory Director David S. Robertson and was described as ”unique in educational history,” since it provided a full year of study abroad for Oberlin students.

Selected documents and photos are on display in the Skyway Bar of the Kohl Building
