Steven H. Miles to Speak to Friends of the Library

Steven H. Miles, an expert in medical ethics, human rights, and international health care, and author of Oath Betrayed: Torture, Medical Complicity and the War on Terror will speak at 4:30pm on Friday, September 22nd in Moffett Auditorium in Mudd Center.
