Mudd's Criminal Past Exposed!

Twenty five years ago, on the night of April 23, 1981, while awaiting interrogation for suspicious activities, a man who subsequently indentified himself as James R. Shinn tried unsuccessfully to dispose of incriminating evidence within the confines of the Main Library...

Our library curatorial specialists are preparing a behind-the-scenes look at the infamous crime scene.

You can take the self-guided tour of the world-renowned Shinn Room, starting at the display in the lobby of the Main Library between 9am and 4pm on Friday April 21st and Monday April 24th.

Relive the drama!
