Oberlin and the Civil War collection now available

The Oberlin College Archives in partnership with the Oberlin Heritage Center has created a digital collection of Civil War era materials, including letters, maps, photographs, and other objects, that document the period as experienced by the people of the town and college.  The collection has been made available as part of the recognition of the 150th anniversary of the four year conflict, and will continue  to grow until 2015 as items are identified and digitized.

Where did all the public library books go?

Recently, the holdings of the Cuyahoga County Public Library and the Westerville Public Library were removed from the OhioLINK Central Catalog, but you are not out of luck borrowing your children's books, mysteries, and popular non-fiction.  The holdings for both of these libraries, along with several dozen others in Ohio, are available to you through SearchOhio.  You can pass your OhioLINK searches through to the Search Ohio catalog by following the link in the OhioLINK catalog.
